Providing transitional, supportive
housing for women with children

The Mary’s Lamb Women with Children Program houses and supports mothers who are overcoming substance use disorder. The 7500 sq. ft. newly built facility is located in Glen Burnie, MD. This program’s goal is for women to remain with their children while maintaining sobriety and learning valuable life skills. The pursuit of a healthy lifestyle, education, counseling and employment are stressed and supported. The need for this type of facility is great and Opportunity Ministries is proud to have developed this facility which consists of six, two bedroom suites. Each unit also has a bathroom and kitchenette. The facility has a main kitchen, communal spaces, library, computers and counseling areas. Helping women who want to make positive changes in their lives, and the lives of their children, is our primary focus in this very important pursuit.
